A crib (cot) is also supplied at no extra cost. The ground floor master bedroom can be used as a completely separate (lockable) unit so the townhouse can be rented as a one, three or four bed accomodation. Ideal for two families to share. Also on the ground floor is the spacious living/family room with a queensize sleeper sofa, dining room, kitchen and laundry closet (containing full sized washer and dryer) together with a separate toilet and wash basin.
