Description of villa
Villa Oasis has fantastic sea views and is a lovely 2 bedroom villa with a brand new private pool. The villa is set in a quiet residential area of Javea located close to restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts .It has a
marvellous roof terrace with a great sea view. There is ample terracing around the new pool which has numerous loungers and seating for outside relaxation and large barbeque area .this villa has all modern conveniences including fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, washing machine and TV.
To the front of the property there is ample parking.
Javea consists of rocky coves and sandy beaches, which are approximately 5 mins drive away .there is the historic port and old town which is well worth a visit there are a few golf courses in the area and a massive theme park and water park approx 45 mins away.
The accommodation consists of the following, all the living area is on one floor. The villa has been comfortable been furnished. Lounge /dinning area with log burning fire, door leading to a modern kitchen, and enters in to a closed in naya for outside eating with sea views, this leads down to the garden and up stairs to the roof terrace.2 good size bedrooms one with a double and one twin room .the family bath room has both bath and separate shower. The pool is surrounded by beautiful palms and pine trees.
All prices are exclusive of linen and towels but these can be hired at £6 per person per week (optional)

Description of Area
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
Alicante Airport is approx. 1 hr. 10 mins. drive.

Hello from Javea
We
just arrived in the little port town of Javea, about 75
km south of Valencia. Yesterday we drove down the coast
from Barcelona, stopped in Tarragona for a lovely little
lunch and had a quick peak at the remains of the Roman
walls. We couldn“t find the supposedly well preserved
amphitheatre though....
We
made our way south along the N340 to a town called Peńiscola,
a beautiful jewel on a peninsula sticking out into the
Mediterranean. We stayed in a beautiful little hotel
along the waterfront (for Euro 37 each) and had a great
dinner at a local restaurant.
This
morning we left, drove into Valencia and walked around
the downtown area. We checked out the Cathedral on the
Plaza de la Reina, then the Mercado (similar to the St.
Lawrence Market in Toronto) where the fish market area
almost made me toss my cookies.
Across
the street is the Llonja, a Gothic silk market, one of
the few Gothic buildings that is not a church.
Unfortunately it is under renovation and all covered up
and we couldn“t get in.
Then
we headed out on the road again, for about 2 hours,
drove through the expansive developments at Denia and
ended up driving over the mountains to Javea. Javea is a
beautiful little town right on the Mediterranean, at the
foot of an impressive mountain called Montgo.
