The detached villa is approx 150 m2 and is enclosed in its own large grounds of over 800m2 by a fence and has outside barbecue facilities.  The simply furnished living area is 24 m2 and has table & chairs, a French T.V. and the lounge area has armchairs.  There are double doors leading out to the garden.  The house is nice and tiled throughout and has recently been re-decorated.

Locality

The Villa is located in a quiet area of Moraira on the hillside with views over El Portet Bay whose beach is only a 10 minute walk.

Only about 20 minutes drive to Benidorm with all the entertainment and night-life it can offer.

The seaside town of Javea is only about 20 minutes drive north with Denia a further 15 minutes away.  Lots to see and do in the surrounding areas.

There are many bays and sandy beaches within a short distance with ample facilities for sports and water sports.  

Moraira is approx 1 hour's drive north of Alicante Airport.
