For Number of Bedrooms just write a '4bed' (no space between 4 & bed).  If you require property with a pool, just write 'pool'.   For Type of Property, write 'villa' or 'apartment' or 'town house' or 'finca' or 'bungalow' or 'land'.
Price Band:  We break our properties down into the following Price Bands
0-50, 50-100, 100-150,150-200, 200-250, 250-350, 350-450, 450+
so, if you require properties in the price band around 200,000 euros you can enter either 150-200 or just 200
Region: We have divided the Costa Blanca into 3 regions, North, Mid and South.  To find properties within a particular region just write either North, Mid or South

You can combine as may criteria in your search as you wish but you must leave a single space between each criteria

EXAMPLES:  you can find villas in Javea with 3 bedrooms and a pool by writing:
villas javea 3bed pool
in the search box with the 'and' checked and only properties matching all that criteria will be displayed (remember to leave a single space between each word).
If you require to see all properties in both moraira and javea together then write: moraira javea
in the search box with the 'or' checked and all properties in Moraira and Javea will be displayed
