You may upload up to 6 images at any one time using the image uploader below:

1. Click on the first "browse" button and then locate the image file on your computer that you wish to upload.

2. If you have more than one image to upload then click "browse" on the "File 2" box area and repeat above.

3. When you have located all the files you wish to upload you need to click the upload button.

4. If you're upload is successful you will receive a "thank you" message, click the "Order Form" link at the bottom of the page and you will be taken straight back to the order form.
