APARTMENTS XABIA PORT 3 A large, split-level apartment with modern furniture, clean lines and tasteful décor, on the first floor of a compact development tucked away in one of the narrow streets of the fishermen’s quarter in the Port of Jávea. The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the attractive L-shaped living room. Leading off this large room are the kitchen and the balcony, and a few steps to a gallery, off which are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace, two of the bedrooms and the kitchen look out onto the pool courtyard. Xàbia Port (Xàbia is the name for Jávea in the local Valenciano language - pronounced ‘Shabia’) has private grounds, with little footpaths, courtyards and gardens adorned with plants, trees and shrubs, giving the place a delightfully intimate character. Close by are the harbour, the fishermen’s church, the Club Nautico, fish market, and waterfront with good restaurants, cafés, bars and other attractions, mostly open year-round. A 3-5 minute walk takes one to the local pebble beach - gently-sloping, with clean sea and lots to watch. To the far side of the harbour is a rocky cove with a beach bar. THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD.
