SAN ESTEBAN A most pleasant and spacious first floor apartment in a low-rise, quality development just 150 metres from the seafront – 15 minutes by foot to the Port of Jávea, and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach. The gardens are truly delightful, with beautifully manicured lawns, tropical trees and shrubs, and a large swimming pool.The apartment itself has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, and has no less than three terraces with different aspects - excellent for catching the sun at various times of the day. Beautiful marble floors throughout the apartment give it a clean, light and airy feel, with a cooling effect in the summer and warmth and comfort in the winter. There are two good beach bars on the shingle beach nearby, which is laid out, in the summer, with tropical sunshades and sun loungers. The Arenal sandy beach is under a kilometre along the seafront, the distance to the Port is little more than 500 metres, and the historic old town of Jávea is about 2 km. There is a good supermarket literally a few minutes away, and several golf courses within a 25-minute radius.
