The key features of this villa are its excellent position close to the Arenal, the beautiful setting, the space it affords - both inside and out, and the comfort and facilities that have been so thoughtfully provided by the owners. All these factors make it the ideal choice for a relaxing and carefree family summer holiday. Because of its position, within a few minutes of the bustling and lively atmosphere of Jávea’s Arenal, a car is not essential. The villa is set to one end of the gardens, with direct access to them, and to the huge lagoon-shaped swimming pool, which has its own island, and three bridges! There are plenty of mature trees planted for shade in the hot summer months, glorious colours of roses and other flowers, and cool, manicured lawns. Inside, the villa is both spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor the large, open-plan living area consists of a lounge area, dining area and kitchen, and one bedroom with large shower room. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Patios and small gardens at both the front and rear of the villa add to that feeling of space and privacy. Within 100 metres there is a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops, and the beach is an easy stroll of 300 metres.

Door to rear terrace and gardens.
