The position of this Villa, within a few minutes of the lively atmosphere of Jávea’s Arenal, makes it the ideal choice for a relaxing and carefree summer holiday, an out of season break, or a long winter stay. Indeed, this high quality villa, in its beautiful setting, has an individual, and rather special feel to it. It is set in a small, mature development of two-storey, linked villas around lawns, palm trees and flowering shrubs, and two lagoon-style pools. In the villa’s small, hedged garden there is an abundance of shrubs - hibiscus, poinsettia, roses and jasmine. Inside, the villa is both spacious and comfortable.
On the ground floor is the entrance lobby, a very large living area, kitchen/utility area and a large, modern shower room/cloakroom. A wide staircase leads to the first floor hallway, and three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. The front porch, with its south westerly aspect, is ideal for catching the afternoon/evening sun, especially appealing in the winter months. The Arenal beach, where there is a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops, is an easy stroll of 300 metres, and the attractive port and historic old town of Jávea can be reached by bus or by car in minutes.
