A lovely roomy villa set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has magnificent views of Montgo Mountain and the bay of Javea. It is located close to Restaurants, Supermarkets and Tennis courts and Ambola Beach all from 10/25 minutes walk.

The port and old town of Javea are well worth a visit. There are 2 golf courses in the area and a massive theme park approximately 40 mins away also worth a visit is the water park.
In winter this villa can be rented as a 2 bedroom villa with central heating or in the peak summer season as a 7 bedroom villa only.
The accommodation consists of the following. First floor. Lounge/diner with T/V SAt, Bathroom, Kitchen with oven and hob ,plus fridge ,washing machine, 1 double bed with wash basin and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds ,there is ample space for an extra bed if required.
A covered terrace lounge area from up stairs kitchen and a open terrace from lounge with External stairs leading to the swimming pool terrace,And BBQ area.
