You do not have to be a golfer to enjoy this villa, which is in a really wonderful position overlooking Jávea golf course, with stunning views, not only of the greens, but also of the wider panorama encompassing the surrounding hills and the open countryside. From the views … to the setting in well-kept lawns and gardens … to the spacious and comfortable house itself, this is rather a special holiday home – and the walk to the golf club takes just a couple of minutes! Two of several rather special features are the large conservatory – perfect in spring, autumn and winter for semi-outdoor living, and the extensive terrace – also ideal for relaxing and outdoor dining – especially since the wonderful views can be enjoyed to the full from them both!
