Casa Luisa is situated in a good position in Pinosol, a quiet residential area of Jávea just a short drive to the beach, and with two restaurants just a 2/3 minute walk away. The owners of this delightful villa have taken the trouble to prepare it very nicely indeed for the enjoyment and comfort of their guests – from the spacious and stylish living area to the lovely large pool, and other external facilities which are so perfect for summer living. From the covered front terrace one enters the villa through double doors directly into a large, open-plan living room with American kitchen. To one side an archway leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom, and to the other side is a doorway to the master bedroom with en suite shower room. A rear door from the kitchen takes one to the barbecue and outdoor dining area. Under 2 km away is the lovely Arenal beach, with excellent amenities including several supermarkets as well as shops, bars and restaurants.
