this charming luxury 2 Bed Town House is situated in the picturesque hillside area of Pueblo de la Paz, Cumbre del Sol near the old town of Benitachell and Moraira.
This is tastefully furnished in old world rustic pine that sleeps 4 people.
There is a sea view from the rear terraces and the house also benefits from a large attractive communal pool with bar nearby.
Entry to the house from the front is up a few steps to the entrance door that opens into the hall.
Kitchen: On the left of the hall is the fully equipped all electric kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and board, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Next to the kitchen is a w.c. with basin, wall mirror and toilet.
Reception: At the end of the hall is a spacious living/dining room furnished in old world rustic pine, creating an atmosphere of Hispanic ambience. It has 2 sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, music centre with small CD collection, wall mirror, chest of drawers, display unit, circular extendable table with 4 chairs and a wine table with bottles of the region.
A set of double glass doors leads from the living dining room out on to a private covered terrace with a sea and countryside view, there is a table with 4 chairs.
An open tread staircase leads from the living dining room up to the first floor on to the landing.
Bedrooms: At the top and to the right is bedroom 2 with twin beds, built in wardrobe, bedside drawer chest, 3 drawer chest and a portable fan. There is also a balcony to this bedroom.
Opposite is the bathroom and to the left is bedroom 1.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside chests, chest of drawers and a portable fan. A set of double glass doors leads out on to an open terrace with a view to the sea, table with 2 chairs and a deckchair.
The bathroom has bath with shower, basin, bidet, toilet and a storage shelf unit.
Next to the bathroom is a utility room containing the washing machine, clothes airer, iron and board.
Outside: south facing private terrace with breathtaking views furnished with large table, chairs and sun-bed. The BBQ area is private.
Car parking is either to the front or behind the house (on the road).
A large communal pool is only a very short walk away, it has a wide terrace and a bar (which sells reasonably priced hot/cold refreshments) open from Easter to October.
Notes:
bedlinen is provided but not towels, no smoking in the property, no pets.

The Pueblo de la Paz area of Cumbre del Sol is a group opf semi-detached residences with an architectural design taken from the typical Mediterranean style house (both in shape and colurs).
There is a shopping centre with supermarket, banks, restaurant and leisure area only 10 mins walk away and the nearest beach is only a 5 min drive. The lovely coastal towns of Moraira and Javea are only a 15 minute drive away.
Only a short drive to local amenities, fun parks, mountains, walks and golf courses. This house lies away from the crowds yet within easy distance of all the expected holiday attractions. A perfect place for a relaxing stress free holiday.
