The villa has been built to the highest specification and is situated within a very quiet and private guarded domain with shared access to lovely gardens surrounding the large swimming pool that you can walk to from the villas private garden. The villa is beautifully built with wooden ceiling beams, an open fireplaces and tiled floors, to retain a sense of Provencal charm and luxury with beautiful decoration and all the modern amenities you could wish for. The villa is ideally situated to take advantage of the fabulous St Endreol golf course, a course that is highly reputed 18-hole golf course set in the unspoilt natural beauty of this area, is simply one of Provence’s best, cleverly designed offering a good challenge to golfers of all standards.
THE VILLA offers all the comfort of home and wonderful views across the rolling hills of the Provencal country side. A cloakroom to the entrance, the hall then walks into an open lounge with a log fire, to the rear of the room is the dinning area, both areas of the room looks out through French doors onto the patio with table and chairs and into the private garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped which is furnish in a traditional Provencal style looking out to the front of the villa with its small paved patio area.
To the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with WC and a balcony looking over the rear garden and beyond to the pool. The two other bedrooms have twin beds. There is also a separate shower room and WC.
THE GARDENS have shrubs and mature trees around the lawn making this a peaceful place to sit.
There is private parking to the front of the villa.

A deposit of 35% is requested with booking.
The balance payment is required 8 weeks before the booking commences.
A refundable security payment of 400€ is requested, paid with the balance of payment.
Prices for 2010 are weekly for the Villa and prices vary according to the season.
A £17 (20€) Admin Charge applies on Booking.

THE CLUBHOUSE is within easy walking distance of the villa and there is a bar and restaurant on site. The golfers bar has a fantastic terrace overlooking both the 9th and 18th holes, beautiful for enjoying a drink and the summer sun. St Endreol provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxed holiday in the South of France with the option to play golf or simply explore the area. If you love Provence and all it can offer, love to play golf, this would be a truly unforgettable holiday St Tropez is only 45 minutes drive away and Nice Airport is within a 65 minute drive.
