There are several different terraces with tables, chairs and sun-loungers.
The property is heated for those Winter months and therefore the property is suitable for all year round.

This apartment is beautifully situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley with orange groves and lemon trees in abundance. The seaside town of Moraira and Calpe are only 15 mins. drive and both have an excellent variety of shops, restaurants and lovely sandy beaches.
Javea and Denia are also in easy reach and in Denia you may sail across to the Balearics or sail around the Javea and Denia coastline. Lots to do and see in Javea where the lovely Arenal Beach with it's easy sloping beach makes it safe for all ages. The beach area is surrounded by an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars.
