A selection of restaurants/cafés and a supermarket are on site at the El Poblet urbanisation. The long golden sandy beach is just the other side of the road with a further selection of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
The port and town centre of Denia are less than 2kms and can be reached by bus which stops at the end of the road. Denia is a mediaeval town with a castle and pretty old town full of tapas bars and great local restaurants.

Shopping in the town of Denia which is the nearest large town to Els Poblet is a must and every Monday morning a local market is held for those searching out those extra holiday bargains. In the evening there is a night market opposite the harbour where you can also sit, eat, drink and watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch. Denia is bursting with superb restaurants offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. There are also music bars, some being located on the beach, and discos open until the early hours if you feel that energetic!
For golfers there are three main courses in the immediate area these being La Sella, Olivia and Javea. You can take excursions from the harbour to neighbouring resorts, one of the longer trips being to Ibiza and Formentera. Other local activities include tennis, horse riding, go-karting, fishing and wind surfing.
Denia is renowned for its many festivals throughout the year. If you get the opportunity to join in with the locals don’t miss the chance to do so.
