Extremely well presented and equipped air-conditioned penthouse apartment situated in a prime location in the peaceful urbanisation of El Porton in Sitio de Calahonda. The apartment has extensive views towards Africa and is within walking distance of local bars and restaurants.
One of the many features of this South facing penthouse apartment is the spectacular view across the Mediterranean Sea towards the coast of North Africa to the south and Gibraltar to the west.
The fully air-conditioned accommodation consists of two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and access to the south-facing balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and is adjacent to the family shower room.
The spacious lounge/ diner benefits from satellite TV (including some English channels, a DVD player and a HiFi. Patio doors from the lounge lead directly to the balcony.
The balcony features patio furniture, sun beds and retractable awnings.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with all major appliances including microwave, hob, oven, and washing machine, and contains all necessary crockery and utensils.
There are two swimming pools within the landscaped sub-tropical gardens of the complex. The larger of the two is equipped with sun beds and parasols.
Although local amenities are located within a few minutes walk of the apartment, owing to the accessibility of the apartment, holidaying in this property is not recommended for the elderly or infirm. Wheelchair access would be difficult.

Description of Area in & around Calahonda
Local bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located within a short walk. A regular transportation service via a “road train” is available to transport you to other areas within the urbanisation. There is easy access to the beaches at Calahonda. Also the quaint port of Cabopino is within 10 minutes drive, where you will find a secluded marina with many restaurants and bars together with extensive safe beaches.
A hire car is not essential, but is recommended. Malaga Airport is 25 minutes travel time.
