Location
On the prestigious Oliva Nova Golf and Beach resort. The villa is next to the golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros, and a 10 min walk to a couple of restaurants and cafes. A 2 minute drive brings you to the unspoilt white sand beach backed by sand dunes and home to trendy beach bars in the high season. The town of Oliva is a 5 minute drive and the popular resort town of Denia with tapas bars and stylish restaurants in its busy port and trendy marina, is a 10 minute drive along the beach road.

A modern, bright air-conditioned and heated villa, all on one level. The villa has an open plan living area and kitchen and large picture windows overlooking the pool and garden. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The master double has an en suite bathroom and there is an additional shower room.
Outside, the wrap around grass garden, private pool and brick BBQ are surrounded by hedges for privacy. There is plenty of room for relaxing and soaking up the sun and there is also a shaded dining terrace next to the pool.
