This is a ground floor apartment that has been completely modernised over the last year and offers all the comforts of home and is situated in a lovely part of Port Grimaud. It is a bright airy apartment with a patio garden area over looking the canals and inland hillside. There is plenty of room on the patio for a large table and chairs as well as 2 sun-loungers for relaxing in.
The apartment sleeps 4 in a twin bedded room with large fitted wardrobes, plus a 5 foot pull-round and down double bed to the lounge area. The modern kitchenette consists of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bright and newly fitted bathroom has a full bath with an over head shower, a fitted hand basin in a unit with plenty of cupboard space. The washing machine is hidden within a cupboard to the bathroom.
The apartment has it’s own under ground garage, not only keeping the car cool during the hot summer days, but safe as well.

A refundable security payment of £ 250.00 is requested, paid with the balance of payment.

Port Grimaud is known as the Little Venice Of Provençe, with it’s fingers of canals lined with yachts and private boats, stretching out to the Mediterranean and to it’s lovely sandy beach. Along its canals are walkways with cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. The varied architecture and colours makes it an interesting place to stay, you can view Port Grimaud from the walkways or by the river boats that tour around the canals and if you wish, it can take you to St.Tropez.
