This is a traditional Spanish style villa located in Portichol, one of Javeas most prestigious suburbs, very close to the sea, with fabulous uninterrupted sea views over Portichol Island. The villa is ideally situated only a short walk (approx 5 minutes) from La Barraca beach, a rare advantage in Javea.
Nearly every room in the villa has a sea view!

La Barraca beach is renowned for excellent snorkeling and diving, and tends to be much more peaceful than some of the beaches in town. There is also an authentic local Spanish restaurant and bar on the beach (this closes in winter).
Javea is a pretty coastal town surrounded by mountains and valleys of orange groves. Javea has the best climate in Spain and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year!
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
