BEAUTIFUL VILLA TO RENT, with fabulous views of the sea. Minimum rental period - 1 week.
This villa is on the lovely island of Belle Ile en Mer, just 10 miles away from Quiberon. It is in its own enclosed area of 1100m2, with a field of dairy cows next door. You can see the sea from its very spacious terrace. The beach (la plage de Bordardoue) is only a few hundred metres away, with lovely fine sand, and not far off is a beautiful fountain of mineral water where you can see the boats come and moor.
CAPACITY
We have set the maximum number of holiday guests at 5 people, for the four bedrooms, (so nearly everyone can choose their own room).

This villa is classified as ‘luxurious’. It has direct views of the sea, space, comfort, and is in a great location. If you want a villa with all of these then I suggest you come to this beautiful island in the sea, in the department of Morbihan, Brittany, France.
A high quality villa, newly constructed to our own tastes, giving light and space. It has been classified as ‘4 golden keys’ for ‘luxurious renting’ by the Tourist Board of Morbihan.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Ground floor double bedroom, with plenty of cupboard space, an en-suite-bathroom with bath-tub, bidet and basin. The toilet is separate, complete with it’s own handbasin.
The Kitchen is also on the ground floor, fully equipped with worktops, fridge, freezer, gas cooker (4 rings plus oven), microwave. large dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster etc. Next to the kitchen is an annexe with washing machine, hot water tank, gas bottle etc. The garden furniture is stored in an adjoining outbuilding.
Lower ground floor sitting area with 2 sofas and coffee table. There is access to the terrace and a view directly to the sea across granite steps. The upper ground floor contains a dining area and a sitting room, separated by two steps onto different levels, and the kitchen. There is a TV, video recorder, telephone for receiving calls (or calls can be made using a call card with France Telecom), The dining table is large and rustic.
A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the first floor. Here there are three bedrooms: The ‘beige room’ with double beds, the ‘yellow room’ with bunk beds and the ‘blue room’ with just one single bed. Each room has proper windows (not ‘velux’) , two rooms (the ’blue room’ and the ‘beige room’) have magnificent views of the sea. There is also a separate toilet on this floor, off the corridor. Also at the end of the corridor, there is another floor with a large bathroom, two basins, a Jacuzzi of 180cms diameter and view of the sea.
OUTSIDE THE HOUSE
There is plenty of car parking space within the boundary of this property.
You will also find two wooden terraces, styled like the bridge of a boat. One of about 30m2 for parking to the side of the house, and the other is lovely and spacious of about 60m2 with lovely views of the sea.
