This is an OLD STONE HOUSE tucked away in a tiny quiet square below the ruined castle walls in the medieval hill top village of Callas in the Var, you will find this beautifully restored old village house with fantastic views over rolling countryside, that can sleep up to 4 persons.
This beautiful old stone house is on 3 floors, walk into it's homely living area with dining room, open fireplace and kitchen. The middle floor has 1 double bedroom, one twin bedroom, shower room and separate WC.
The top floor has a bright living room with a full sized sofa bed, TV, DVD and stereo system. Beside the living room there is the south facing roof terrace where the views of the Maures & Esterals mountain range and the sea can be seen while you dine or simply soak up the sun.

LINEN.
Linen is not provided, but a full complement can be hired at £10.00 per person. You will receive, bed linen for the double or 2 singles, sofa bed, bath & hand towels plus 1 beach towel per person. Tea towels will also be provided.

The villa has a warm homely feel and is furnished to a very high standard. It is a great place to make your base and discover this wonderful area of the Var.
A refundable security deposit £250.00 is required with balance payment.
An Admin Charge of 4% will apply on Booking to cover card & transfer charges. No Admin Charge applied if deposit paid by cheque.
Last minute Bookings should be paid by Card or Bank Transfer.

Description of Area in & around Callas in the Var
This Provencal hill top village with it's church tower dominating the sky line, has a few small shops, bars and restaurants. It is about 100 Km. from Nice airport and the local beaches are about 40 minutes drive. This area has so much to offer, wine, good food, beaches, sleepy villages, 7 golf courses all within an hours drive or less and the Gorges de Verdon for those cycling and outdoor enthusiasts.
