Description of Villa
in St Jean de Monts:
Les Maisons du Lac is a new development of houses excellently situated just 200m from the beach and golf course and thalasso spa centre. The water sports school is nearby too.
Please note the houses are right by the lake and the sea, but there is no pool.
This description is for the Maisons du Lac 5 persons house. All the houses have a private outside garden or patio area with outside furniture and either a garage or numbered parking space.
All the kitchen areas have a fridge, 4 electric rings and a mini-oven. The lounge area has a sofa.
We have three types for rent : Type B is the 5 person house with 1 double bedroom and sleeping for 3 in the mezzanine bedroom, a bath/shower room and a separate toilet. The 5 person houses are approx 47m².
For the larger 2 bathroom villa for 6, type A or the 4 person villa, please ask for the price. The villas were built during year 2000.
EXTRA INFORMATION:
A car is not essential. Off Season Breaks-Shortbreaks allowed.
Near to sports, good for walking, good for watersports, near beach, good for cycling / mountain biking, near to golf, good for groups.

Changeover Day: Saturday
