This is a delightful 3 bedroom family villa with bright and airy rooms situated within the countryside of Draguignan but within easy reach of a main shopping area.
Walk through the front door from a covered porch, into a bright entrance hall to the lounge/dining room with French doors walking out on to the terrace, which is just ideal for lazing in the sun. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, TV and Hi-Fi, a large dining table with 6 chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen is furnished in a traditional Provencal style with a breakfast bar great for the quick snack or the children’s breakfast.
From the kitchen is a family room with an extra sink and washing machine. This room can be used for the children’s sitting room, or an extra eating area as it looks out onto the garden.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 twin which all have a garden view.
The bath room is large and airy with a bath and walk in shower, to the hall you will find a separate WC.
The garden is mostly grassed, with a 15 foot in diameter out of the ground pool. There is a gravelled area ideal for playing boules just by the terrace.
There is a car port plus plenty of parking.
All household linen is provided.

Description of Area in & around Draguignan
The Var is unknown as a name, but it is the true centre of Provence, here you will experience the wealth and unspoilt treasures of this area. Its beautiful landscape with both mountains and sea and the rolling hills in between covered with vine yards, pine forest, olive groves and lavender fields. There are sandy beaches, safe for the children to play, rocky coves and the dramatic coast line of the Estérel mountain range falling into the Mediterranean Sea.
Drive inland to the sleepy picturesque Provencal hilltop villages with their cafes, bars, restaurants, winding streets and pretty village squares.
There is a busier side to life in Provence, you can always visit the busy metropolises such as Nice,Cannes, Toulon and Marseille. Within all of these busy towns there are still sites to be seen, the old flower market in Nice is just one thing you can go and see. Talking of things to see, try St. Tropez, you never know who you may bump into!
To travel to this part of the world you have 3 airports, Nice, Toulon and Marseille. The TGV and the car trains stops at Les Arcs-sur-Argens and St. Raphael. Plus the quickest and most direct route to this area is by the Autoroute that stretches from the North to the South of France.
