It has 2 terraces, one which is a roof terrace with magnificent sea and mountain views, sun all day with sun loungers and shower. There is also a patio garden with gas b-b-q. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room with Satellite TV, CD player etc., separate laundry room, garden room. Private parking. The commmunal pool is just outside the house.

There are 2 Golf courses
The Baviera Golf Course if approx. 15 kms. and the Anoreta is approx. 25 kms.
