This is a pretty two bedroom villa set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has recently been refurbished and offers comfortable living accommodation. This consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedded room and a family bathroom. Sunny lounge with television and comfortable seating leading to a cozy well equipped kitchen. There are two dining areas, one inside and one on an open terrace which leads to a barbeque area.
Outside there is a very large, private walled garden with a brand new pool. There is ample terracing with sun loungers around the pool, also some shady areas under the mature trees. There is plenty of secure parking.
The villa is close to all the main facilities in Javea , ideal family villa.
Satellite, DVD, Video with a selection of films, Safe in the property, Air con in the bedrooms - charged if required at £50 pw extra.

Description of Area in & around Javea
This property is situated in the area of Javea where all the little beaches & coves are. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance.
The main Arenal beach is about a 4-5 minute drive.
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
Alicante Airport is approx. 1 hr. 10 mins. drive.
