Entering through the front door, just to the right of the hallway is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Opposite the front door you have the Kitchen with dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped with D/W, M/W, F/F, Oven & Hob etc, and one door leads to the long covered terrace, the other to the lounge.
The lounge has main feature fireplace, seating for eight, TV for Video use, air-con, the French doors lead to the covered terrace.
From the lounge are 3 further bedrooms. To the left is a small twin room, moving along to shower room, next is large twin room then finally 2nd double bedroom. All have fitted wardrobes, tilt & turn windows with mosquito nets & window blinds.
The covered terrace has stunning views across Moraira all the way out to the med sea, the terrace also has a small open-air area to the left accessed through doors.
From the terrace you have just a few steps to a newly built pool; this is surrounded by terrace, palm trees & private garden which cover all sides of the villa. BBQ, Sun-loungers, patio furniture, small kitchenette, toilet & outside shower run along side the pool.

Shops, bars & restaurants are approx 5-10 mins walk away. Moraira & its blue-flag beaches are 5 mins by car.
Distance to Town: 5 minutes by car
Moraira is approx 1hr 15mins by car from Alicante & Valencia airports.
Stunning costal line with main beaches of "Playa la ampolla" & "El Portet" being sandy, whilst "Cala Andrago" is probably the best in the area for diving & Snorkeling.
The town center has a fabulous marina, leading to the castle & promenade.
Culinary delights to basic food can be found in the restaurants here, with bars & shops to suit every taste. There is a Weekly market.
Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia & Mundomar are just off the motorway at Benidorm. Yachts to Jet skis can be chartered; fishing, horse riding & tennis are just a few of the activities on offer in the area.
The backdrop to the area is provided by the "serria mountain range” from "Altea to Gata de gorges" taking you inland to the Jalon valley, Pinos & Alcalali amongst others.
