This is a two bedroom town house situated in a great location in Javea Montgo, within 5 minute drive to the beach, town and supermarket.
The accommodation consists of one twin bedded room and one double with a family bath room. There is a double sofa-bed for an extra 2 people.
On the ground floor there is a garage with a washing machine.
Private entrance on the upper level.
The family bathroom has a bath and shower above. Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, cooker and fridge freezer. There is good size lounge/dining room with TV and DVD and French doors leading to the open terrace for outside eating.
From the kitchen terrace there is direct access to the secure grounds with communal pool and gardens.
The property is ideally located for those who wish to relax around the beautiful pool... and gardens. For those who decide to hire a vehicle, there is parking to the front of the town house.

Description of Area in & around Javea
Great location in Javea Montgo, within 5 minute drive to the beach, town and supermarket.
Javea is a scenic coastal town with lovely beaches and pretty rocky coves. The historic Port and Old Town have many bars, restaurants and shops. The beach has a gently sloping shore making it ideal for children; there are also play areas to keep them entertained.
The promenade has many cafes and restaurants catering for all tastes where you can take refuge from the sun and enjoy either a three course meal or a simple snack.
There a few golf courses in the area and a massive theme park and water park in nearby Benidorm (45 minutes away).
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs.
