This is a well presented, luxury Villa, offering four good size bedrooms with one family bathroom including a large Jacuzzi bath and a modern shower room, all on one level. A very well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher opens onto a large lounge and dining room with original Tosca fireplace and patio doors leading into a closed Naya with bar area.
The Naya opens onto a raised terrace ideal for outside dining with fantastic views of the Montgo mountain. The large 12 x 6 metre pool is complemented by a large terrace and BBQ area with a shaded gazebo at the bottom of the garden. Sun-beds are supplied.
Digital TV with some English news programmes, also DVD and video recorder.
The villa is accessed by electric gates and offers ample parking.
La Llorenza is also ideal for winter lets having central heating in all rooms. Fans are available in all bedrooms.
Pets cannot be accommodated.
