This Villa is set in the new gated development of semi detached and detached villas with private pools near the forest and beach only 3.6 km away in St Jean de Monts. There will be some childrens activities organised by reception. We have a selection of these type of villas for 6 person villas either semi or detached villas.
All of these 6 person type villas have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet and a shower-room. Some of the villas have a second toilet. They are either bungalows or villas with a ground and first floor.
All the villas are furnished to the owners tastes and can differ from the following description : The kitchen area has a dishwasher and washing machine, 4 electric rings, oven, fridge freezer, sink and crockery and cutlery for 6 persons.
The pictures are of the lounges as furnished by the individual owners.
The lounges are 33 to 42 msq and have a dining table and 6 chairs, buffet, sofa, and armchairs, coffee table, french windows overlooking the pool area.
There are 6 garden chairs and table.
The villas have a selection of double and single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, bedspread, and pillows.
Sheets, pillowcases and towels are provided in above price, if you want your beds made up , cost 10 euros, and more may be hired at reception.
The villas have sandy plots and tiled swimming pool terraces. The pools are approx 8 x 4 metres. The gardens are grass, sand, decking or nice gravel. Some of the hedges are not very high but there is fencing or walls around your plot of land. There is a garage.

Pool water treatment is often by salt-electrolysis system. The pools have the appropriate legal safety requirements. The pool temperature is approx.22 degrees but dependant on the weather and air temperature. The villas were built during 2002-2004.
There is a private heated pool of approx 8 x 4 metres.
There will be some childrens activities organised by reception. This is during July and August only.

Arrival days are normally from Saturday 16h/4pm to Saturday 10h/10am, but you may book per night outside July and August and arrive any day.
During the July and August period, electricity for the pool heating (if required) is charged at a standard rate of 30 Euros per week.
SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSIT
A deposit of 900 euros is required on arrival by credit card.
Final cleaning service is extra : 70 euros Cleaning charges will be debited from your card after your departure : 27 euros per hour spent by the cleaning staff.
Price extras: Non-refundable Booking Fee of 45 euros on all holidays; Taxe de sejour is 0.40 euros per person; The price is NOT inclusive of electricity and is therefore payable as an extra in all months.

There is an footpath/bicycle exit from the Domaine to an un-made-up road that leads you to the chemin de fontenelles forest road and approx 3 km to the beaches if you wish to cycle, or join one of the local footpaths to wander in the forest.
