This delightful 2 bedroom villa set a private domain within the St Endreole Golf Complex is newly completed. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished with a true modern Provencal style and feel with wooden ceiling beams, an open fireplaces and tiled floors. The villa is ideally situated to take advantage of the fabulous St Endreol golf course, a course that is highly reputed 18-hole golf course set in the unspoilt natural beauty of this area, is simply one of Provence’s best, cleverly designed offering a good challenge to golfers of all standards.
THE VILLA offers a bright sunny lounge dining room with the beamed ceiling, open log fireplace and French doors leading onto the front patio with table and chairs which then leads into the private garden. The dining table is to rear of the room conveniently placed next to the kitchen which is on a slightly higher level giving you a good view over the lounge to the French door and the garden beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully fitted units which complement the Provencal feel that runs throughout the villa.
To the ground floor you have a cloakroom and a plenty of storage cupboards.
To the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom with a balcony looking over the garden has an en-suite bathroom with shower and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom with twin beds has a shower en-suite and built-in wardrobes. There is also a separate WC to the landing between both bedrooms.
THE GARDENS have shrubs and mature trees around the lawn making this a peaceful place to sit. There is private parking to the side of the villa.
The Domain: Has 24-hour gated security, and lovely gardens surround a large swimming pool, less than 60 seconds’ walk from the villa.
THE CLUBHOUSE is within easy walking distance of the villa and there is a bar and restaurant on site. The golfers bar has a fantastic terrace overlooking both the 9th and 18th holes, beautiful for enjoying a drink and the summer sun. St Endreol provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxed holiday in the South of France with the option to play golf or simply explore the area. If you love Provence and all it can offer, love to play golf, this would be a truly unforgettable holiday St Tropez is only 45 minutes drive away and Nice Airport is within a 65 minute drive.

We can offer mini breaks minimum .4 days up to July and August during this time the rentals are weekly Saturday to Saturday. Mini breaks start from £350.or 510€ for 4 days. July and August weekly only from Saturday to Saturday starting at £935 or 1360€ per week.
