This house is set in lovely secluded gardens with Olive, Lemon, Orange and Palm trees, it is a traditional, recently renovated 3 bedroom villa in the peaceful Costa Nova district of Javea.
The villa is located in a tranquil environment with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It is however, conveniently close to Javea, with the Port, Old Town and the popular Arenal beach, with numerous bars and restaurants, just 10 minutes away by car.
Built on one level overlooking a large 1000m2 established, fenced garden with a much larger than average private pool, the villa provides an ideal base for a relaxing holiday.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double en suite and 2 twins all with air conditioning. The master double has cable TV and DVD, The en-suite has bath, shower, bidet, toilet and basin. The family bathroom has a large walk in shower with toilet and basin.
The separate modern equipped kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc and all the cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware you might need as the owner is a keen chef! Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in utility room.
The sitting room which overlooks the pool and gardens has a large Toscan stone fireplace, cable TV (24 English channels), DVD, VCR and CD Player. There are 2 internal dining areas.
Outdoors boasts a larger than normal 10 x 5M private pool with roman steps, a fantastic south facing large patio with 6 large sunbeds and traditional Spanish BBQ for el fresco dining. 2 further dining areas/ patios within the garden ensure you can maximise the opportunity for outside dining. There is off street parking for 2 cars.
The villa is well equipped with little extras to make you feel at home, there is a large selection of books, DVD's and videos. This villa is also ideal for children with a large range of children's equipment as standard such as toys and games, 1 travel cot, 2 highchairs, Baby Dan play pen, Lindam steriliser, portable stair gate, potty and toilet training step, toddler cutlery and crockery, 2 x baby play mats, and baby change mat.
A 10 minute drive takes you to the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.
We regret that we cannot accept bookings from single sex groups. Children welcome, long term renters welcome, suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible. This is a non smoking villa. This Villa makes an ideal winter let as it has full central heating in addition to the hot and cold air conditioning. Change over day is Saturday during peak season but we can be flexible with change over days outside this period.
• Rental rates include all utilities including aircon, meet and greet, all linen (excluding beach towels) and welcome pack comprising of: water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, beer, soap and toilet roll. There is also is no additional charge for the use of the high chairs, travel cot and other child facilities as these are included as standard ** ie there are no hidden extra charges**
Deposit required to secure your dates - this can be payable by cheque or by credit card. However, please note that a 4% processing fee applies on deposit payment by credit card.

A security deposit is requested for this property. This is fully refundable if everything OK after your stay.
