in Denia:
Luxury town house situated in a quiet area of the Las Marinas part of Denia, built on two levels. It is tastefully decorated and furnished. This is a spacious 3 bedroom luxury house sleeping 6 people.
The house is with the communal pool at the rear of the house.
Details:
Entry to the house from road level is through the complex electric gates to the front door that leads into the hall.
To the right of the hall is a utility room next to the downstairs shower room.
The fully fitted and equipped American style kitchen is to the left of the hall. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
The hall leads into the dining room with the comfortably furnished living room at the rear and to the right of the dining room.
The living room also has a TV.
The staircase leads up to the landing that leads into the 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are doubles with bedroom 3 having twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has a small balcony and bedroom 1has an uncovered terrace overlooking the pool.
The bathroom is also off the landing. Double doors from the dining room lead on to an uncovered terrace that has suitable furniture with the pool only a few metres away.
The dιcor and flooring in the house is very light giving a bright and clean appearance
The glorious beach, shops and restaurants are only 600 metres away with the typically Spanish fishing port of Denia only a 10 minute drive away.

Description of Area in & around Denia
Las Marinas, Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain
Denia is a bustling historic town with a port where you can catch the ferry to the island of Ibiza. The main street has many lively bars and a street market. Denia also has miles of sandy beaches.
Shopping in the town is a must and every Monday morning a local market is held for those searching out those extra holiday bargains. In the evening there is a night market opposite the harbour where you can also sit, eat, drink and watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch. Denia is bursting with superb restaurants offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. There are also music bars, some being located on the beach, and discos open until the early hours if you feel that energetic!
For golfers there are three main courses in the immediate area these being La Sella, Olivia and Javea. You can take excursions from the harbour to neighbouring resorts, one of the longer trips being to Ibiza and Formentera. Other local activities include tennis, horse riding, go-karting, fishing and wind surfing.
Denia is renowned for its many festivals throughout the year. If you get the opportunity to join in with the locals dont miss the chance to do so.
Access to Denia - The airports of Alicante and Valencia are both approximately 100 Kms (62 miles) away = 1hour by car.
The National route N-332 Valencia-Alicante and the A-7 Motorway (exit 62) are just inland.
There is also a rail link to Denia from Alicante and all points between.
