Tucked away in a side street just behind the main coast road to the beach and the centre of the seafront village of St Maxime sits this homely apartment in a quiet residential area, off the main road. It is one of 7 apartments converted from a large stone villa. The building is surrounded by a lovely private garden with a large pool, petanque area and shaded by mature trees, ideal on these hot summer days. There is a private parking area within the secure gardens
This spacious 2 bed roomed apartment is on the ground floor with a side and front front terrace plus a paved patio overlooking the pool with mature shrubs for shade. Inside there is a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining table and chairs. The Provencal kitchen is well equipped; there is a large table and French doors onto the terrace front and side.
The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds, and both bedrooms have doors onto the side terrace. There is a further fully tiled shower room with WC plus a separate WC. There is a utility room with a washing machine and space to store your suite cases.

Description of Area in & around St. Maxime
All this is within minutes from the beach, village centre and the port from where you can catch a ferry to Port Grimaud and St. Tropez. St Maxime is a lively place day and night with plenty of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. During the summer there is the most colourful street market open every night within the village centre. All this is just a walk away from the apartment. Within the local area there are many beautiful sandy beaches, a golf course, tennis, water sports and a water park. Visit the picturesque villages of Cogolin, Gassin, Grimaud all within a short drive from the apartment.
