This individual 4 bedroomed villa is superbly located in the countryside just outside Alicante. Villa La Fuensantica is just a short drive from the golf courses at Bonalba and Alicante and also the beaches at El Campello and Alicante Marina.
The property has grounds of 5000sqm to ensure your privacy. The villa has a large naya (covered patio), a separate barbecue/ summer kitchen and a large swimming pool and sun terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge area provides TV and DVD.
There are 2 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite shower room) and 2 twin rooms ( 1 with twin beds the other with bunk beds). All rooms are provided with electric fans for your comfort during the Summer months. In addition to the shower room there is also a good sized family bathroom and extra facilities adjoining the summer kitchen. Linen and towels are provided for your stay however you will need to supply your own beach/ pool towels.
The villa is ideally situated for exploring the local area and is within easy reach of many local attractions. The property is perfect for the discerning guest looking to stay in rural Spain.
