Outside there are two covered terraces overlooking the large 10x5sqm pool which is ozone friendly Oxygen pool ( no chlorine or salt) Large Terrace for sun bathing and Grass Garden.
The large kitchen also overlooks the pool and has all mod cons ideal for those who like to cook including dishwasher etc. The huge lounge is very comfortable with full package satellite tv and air conditioning. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms
With 2 doubles and a twin room, Extra Z beds can be added . The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and terrace. There is also a family bathroom to accommodate the other two bedrooms. Downstairs there is a further double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Description of Area in & around Javea
The beach bars and shops are all within a short car ride of 5 minutes to Javea or 15 minutes into Moraira.
Javea consists of rocky coves and sandy beaches, which are approximately 5 mins drive away. There is the historic port and old town which is well worth a visit. Also, a few golf courses in the area and a massive theme park and water park approx 45 mins away.
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
Alicante Airport is approx. 1 hr. 10 mins. drive.
