This 3 bedroom luxury Villa located within a two minute drive of Nerja town centre. Located in a small urbanisation called Pueblo Rocio on the Frigiliana road. The villa has its own private pool and is not overlooked. The pool area has a large terrace for sunbathing, large built in BBQ area with permanent seating and a very nice shower room with toilet and hand basin, ideal facility.

Large lounge with leather settees, TV etc, leading out to a terrace with sea and mountain views.
Fully fitted kitchen with full oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine etc. Also a dining area.
This Villa has a large conservatory dining room with nice views.
Three bedrooms 2 double and 1 with twin beds. Master bedroom has a fantastic en-suite, a truly luxury large bathroom. Second bathroom next to the second and third bedrooms.
Villa is equipped with air cond. in all rooms - this has to be verified by owner.
Prices per week based on 6 persons - additional persons € 55 per person per week. Please confirm numbers in your party upon application.
