This Villa is a traditionally designed villa situated in the prime location of Vale do Garrao, between Quinto do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Conveniently placed for the famous beaches and shops of the area, this Moorish styled villa is set in its own gardens with swimming pool, and BBQ area, and has un-interrupted views directly to the sea.

1 double bedroom, 3 twin bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, comfortable living room, dining room, modern kitchen, terrace with pool and barbecue.
On the first floor, there is one double bedroom with air-conditioning and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and access onto their own terraces.
Two further twin bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite are on the ground floor, one with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
All bathrooms are fully equipped and there is an additional cloakroom leading off the entrance hall.
There is a well equipped family sized kitchen. The spacious and comfortable living room, with Fogo Montanha fire, and dining room each have doors leading to the terrace and pool.
Washing Machine, dishwasher, Satellite TV and DVD, and Music center.
Pool: Approx 8m x 4m, and lm to 2m deep.
Rent includes maid service three times a week, pool and garden maintenance. A heating supplement may be payable in the economy season.
A £17 Admin Charge applies on Booking.

The villa is a convenient drive from Faro airport, and Almancil and all the local attractions including Golf, Tennis, Horse Riding and several beaches.
