This is a new apartment set within walking distance of the Arenal, A lovely 3 bed room apartment with a good size terrace to the front for out side eating and B.B.Q.The apartments are set in lovely gardens with a pool which has a shallow end for young children.
The accommodation consists of 2 twin rooms and one double, the double has an ensuite with a bath and shower above. There is a further bath room and down stairs cloakroom. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The lounge has a TV with a video and furnished to a very high standard.
Parking is under ground. The accommodation has air conditioning this is charged at £50 extra pw if required.
Ideal accommodation if you don’t want to hire a car as you can walk to the beach and bars of Javea within 10 minutes.

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
