This delightful south facing newly constructed villa with private pool is situated on the exclusive la Guardia park area of Javea. The villa is situated on a quiet residential area, yet only minutes drive to the town itself.
Accommodation comprises of a lounge, television and video player, dining room and kitchen. There are four bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, one twin with en-suite bathroom. A double bedroom with en-suite shower and a fourth twin room.
Leading off from the lounge, we come onto the arched terrace which is perfect for al-fresco dining by the pool.
The modern kitchen has fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven, dish washer and washing machine.
The rectangular (10 x 4 m) shaped pool with roman steps has just recently been completed, the villa also boasts a brick built BBQ area. Sun beds will be provided.
