The main entrance is 7 steps down from the off-street parking area to - The Ground Floor - 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, another with one single bed, a full bathroom, a shower room (both with WC and wash basin) and a covered porch with 4 steps down to the pool area.There is also a hall with stairs leading to - The Upper Floor - Lounge/Dining Room with an American kitchen (Fridge/Freezer, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Microwave) and large covered porch overlooking the swimming pool equipped for al-fresco dining.
THE SWIMMING POOL is 10m x 5m with Roman steps and is surrounded by terraces and gardens with mature trees and flower beds. There is a built-in barbecue area with a table for 10 persons.

Moraira's roots are those of a small fishing village and one of the first things you realise when you arrive is that unlike the other resorts along the Spanish coastline, Moraira has not forgotten its roots. Although Moraira has grown in recent years, becoming one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca it has not sold-out to the tourist boom and isn't plagued by the high rise buildings and overcrowding of other resorts.
The town centre and beaches are very clean and attractive and an obvious attention to detail has gone into the town's planning, this is apparent in every thing you see, including how easy it is to park in the town centre itself, essential if you are on holiday with children.

Quite simply, Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, it still has the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything to everyone that stays here.
