This is a beautiful large sunny villa all on two levels. Situated in probably the most picturesque part of Javea near the golf course adjacent are beautiful orange groves and almond groves.
The villa is luxury and a private home, and furnished comfortably. This villa has been Decorated and furnished to a very good standard including a modern fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and tiled light floors.
Outside there is ample parking for many cars and the plot is walled and fenced in for privacy. The pool is very private and has ample terrace area with sunloungers. There is also a terrace area with comfortable sun lounges and eating area with a built in BBQ and seating area.
The garden has mature palms and grass, gravel and other terraced areas.

Inside the property there is a very large lounge area with a Tosca arch leading to a dinning area. Doors opening on to a terrace and the pool area. The room has many nice features; Tosca arches and a fire place. There is TV and /DVD with satellite channels and C/D player.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including fridge and microwave electric oven and gas hob, washing machine and dish washer.
The master bedroom has an en suite, shower room and views over the pool area. The room is a good size and fitted with wardrobes. This is on the upper level.
Bed 2 is a good size room with twin beds.
Bed 3 is also a twin bed room with built in wardrobes; there is a bathroom, shower room adjacent to the rooms.
This is a lovely luxury villa and has everything that you could need for a family holiday.

There are many restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts and golf courses all within a short drive. Many small beaches are close by and the main beach and town centre of Javea is approximately a 5 to 10 min drive away.
