The apartment has a fresh, Mediterranean feel, with beautifully cool terracotta floor tiles and white walls throughout. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge/dining room, kitchen and terrace.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, including a bath, basin, toilet and bidet. A hair-dryer is provided for guests' use. The second bedroom has twin beds and built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have the benefit of ceiling fans. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway and consists of a large walk-in shower, toilet and basin. A folding guest bed is available to accommodate a fifth person. A Tomy bed guard can be fitted to one of the twin beds if required, for your child's safety.
The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished, complete with TV and CD player. The terrace is accessed via the lounge and has table and chairs to enable guests to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The beautiful panoramic views and spectacular sunsets are not to be missed.

The Complex enjoys panoramic views of the Mar Menor (Little Sea) on one side, the Mediterranean on the other, and centrally in the distance are the salt lakes of the San Pedro Del Pinatar Nature Reserve, a paradise for bird life.
The development is located 17 kilometres along La Manga del Mar Menor. In the immediate local area there is a bakery, grocery shop, chemist, and restaurants.
The excellent Veneziola beach on the shore of the Mar Menor is less than a two minute walk away. The Mar Menor is perfect for swimming and water sports as it's waters are warm and shallow, with temperatures on average 5 degrees warmer than the Med. It is often described as the biggest natural leisure pool in the world.
