Pretty two bedroom villa set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has recently been refurbished and offers comfortable living accommodation.
This consists of a one double bedroom and one twin bedded room and a family bathroom ,and shower room off the master bed room.
Sunny lounge / dining room with television, video and comfortable seating leading to a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are two dining areas, one inside and one on a covered terrace which leads to a barbeque area and utility room with a washing machine.
Outside there is a very large private walled garden with a new private pool and roman ended steps.
There is ample terracing with sun loungers around the pool, also some shady areas under the mature trees. There is plenty of parking to the front of the villa.
The villa is close to all the main facilities in Javea, ideal family villa.

Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain
Javea is a small fishing town, split into three areas, the Old Town, Port and Arenal. The historic Old Town has many winding cobbled streets with picturesque plazas. The weekly market is held on Thursday when you can buy fresh local produce and crafts. The port is a lively bustling area with many shops, fish restaurants and bars. The Arenal (beach) small, sandy cove surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars.
Denia is a bustling historic town with a port where you can catch the ferry to the island of Ibiza. The main street has many lively bars and a street market. Denia also has miles of sandy beaches.
Alicante airport is only 1 hr.10 mins. drive away.
Valencia Airport is only about 1 hr. 20 mins. away.
