The town of Moraira with its sandy beach, marina and lively shopping area and market on a Friday and offering a huge choice of restaurants.
The larger seaside town of Javea (also with superb beaches) is 20 minutes drive, Benidorm (for Terra Mitica Theme Park & Aqualandia Water Park) is approx. 30 minutes away and Valencia is approx. 1.1/2 hours.
There are three golf courses nearby and also hidden mountain villages to explore, many secluded beaches, walks and scenic viewpoints to enjoy. Not forgetting the beautiful wine producing valleys to discover too.
A very enjoyable and entertaining evening, eating out amidst a flurry of diners in the "square" in Moraira. There are also plenty of bars close by with live music for your evening entertainment.
