A spacious 3 bedroom apartment situated close to Lagos Marina and only a short walk over the dunes to the golden sandy beach of Meia Praia.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout and the balconies boast ocean views across Meia Praia beach, the Marina and Lagos town. The large open planned lounge and dining room has cable TV, music system, fireplace, and doors opening onto a balcony with outdoor dining furniture and boasts good marina and town views. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The main bedroom suite has a double bed, full bathroom and fitted wardrobes. The other two bedrooms are twin beds sharing a full bathroom.
You have access to the Jardim das Dunas pool complex which offers a large shared swimming pool, heated indoor pool, childrens pool and shaded play area, gym facilities and café/restaurant. This complex is located 200 metres from the apartment entrance.

Description of Area in & around Lagos
The apartment is situated between the Marina and the golden sands of Meia Praia, the Marina which is less than a 5 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is approximately a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available.
Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away.
For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
NB: there may be some unfinished building work in the vicinity, yet we are sure that it will in no way interfere with your holiday
