VILLA MONTGO
This beautiful villa is set on the lower slopes of Mt. Montgo in Javea. This four bedroom villa consisting of two double bedded rooms with en-suite bathrooms and two twin rooms is bright and comfortably furnished. Entrance is up a few steps to the sun lounge with 2nd dining area and opens out to the barbeque area pool and garden. The large very well equipped kitchen leads to the dining area and lounge. It is a very popular location with Holiday Guests and is within walking distance to a small Supermarket and Bar Restaurant. Suitability for elderly or infirmed / wheelchair accessibility. The villa has six steps up to the front door , but it is possible to walk around the garden and up to villa via the lawn and enter by the Sun Lounge doors. Once in the villa all the accommodation except for one bedroom with bathroom is all on one level .
Outside there is a large Kidney shaped pool that has a terrace surrounding it. There is a barbeque area. From the pool terrace there is a large lawn area which is ideal for children. The whole property is fenced, hedged and gated.
