A fully-furnished 3-bedroom semi-detached property with a large private rooftop sun terrace, balcony off the main bedroom, traditional Spanish built-in BBQ and patio - ideal for al fresco dining - as well as the use of a communal pool only 50 metres from the house. The patio and balcony face south and both have awnings to provide some welcome shade in summer. There is also a small garden with palm trees, shrubs and cacti surrounded by a clipped hedge that ensures privacy.
The property sleeps 6 and benefits from air-conditioning / heating. Ceiling fans are also fitted. Satellite TV is provided, as is a mini-HiFi with radio, CD and cassette player. There is also a video recorder and a collection of family videos. The kitchen has a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a washing machine in the property. The large communal pool is only 50 metres from the garden gate.
Convenient parking is available next to the property, where there is also a public telephone.

Situated in a prime location on the Orihuela Costa, Villa Playa Flamenca is only 35 minutes from Alicante airport, 20 minutes from Murcia airport and just 10 minutes from the tourist resort of Torrevieja. The Orihuela Costa is located in the south of Alicante province and is part of the southern Costa Blanca.
A convenient supermarket, bank and medical clinic, together with restaurants, bars and a large Saturday street market are all within 5 minutes walk. This market is not to be missed, as it is one of the biggest and best on the whole of the Costa Blanca and is only 50 metres or so from the house.
