The Villa is in a prime position for the best views across the beautiful Jalon Valley - situated in Alcalali, a small real spain village that has a wealth of locally owned restaurants and bars,its own theatre, with a strong friendly spanish community.
The Villa Consists Of: Lounge, comfortably furnished with satellite TV, Video, stereo system and DVD. A Dining Room, 5 bedrooms, the master room has it's own dressing room. (3 double beds, 1 twin & 1 Bunk-beds), 4 bathrooms (2 with showers, 1 with bath & overhead shower & 1 with wc and wash basin).
The spacious fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven & hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and all kitchen accessories are provided for your home from home comfort.
There is air-conditioning and fans for the Summer months and Central Heating for the Winter months. Linen & Towels are provided and also iron & ironing board.
Outside is a lovely Private Pool with loungers on the terracing surrounding the Pool with wonderful views to enjoy and basque in the sun. There are shaded areas for those who wish to be shielded from the sun too. There is a Pool shower. The spacious barbecue covered area with table and chairs is ideal for your family get-togethers and ideal for those al fresco meals.

This is a lovely Villa in a lovely area of Costa Blanca, Spain which will provide everything that you need to make your holiday complete.

We can also provide Return taxi to a local restaurant in the mountains, this is sure to be one of your best eating experiences whilst here. (We book the taxi & table in advance for Sunday lunch).

Description of Area in & around Alcalali, Jalon Valley
Distance to Town: 8/10 mins walk into town.
Only minutes from many villages such as Alcalali, Parcent, Orba and Xalon, A short drive (15-20mins) to some beautiful beaches in Moraira and Calpe, it is possible to eat at a different restaurant every night.
You can catch a boat in Calpe to take you across to Benidorm - it takes about an hour and it is a very pleasant trip. The service runs morning & afternoon on a daily basis.
With so many spanish festivals in this wine producing region there is always something to look out for including market day every Saturday on the riverbank.
The market is near to the local outdoor community pool that is very popular with the kids, even when they have their own private pool to enjoy. A communal pool nearby brings an added bonus to their holiday for meeting and making new friends.
Benidorm is only 30 mins. away with the Theme Park of Terra Mitica offering a wonderful day out for all of the family. Also Mundomar to see the Dolphins. It is an animal sanctuary but the Dolphin Show is something else - absolutely fantastic and well worth seeing. The Water Park The Aquamarina is just next door to Mundomar - it has lots of different slides - some that will take your breath-away but also little ones for the less adventurous.
