Description of Apartment
in Calahonda:
Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, this 3 bedroom apartment, accommodates 6 people comfortably. The spacious lounge has UK satellite TV showing the ‘free to air’ channels, DVD player, music centre and video machine. There is a dining area with seating for 6, which is situated close to the separate, fully equipped kitchen.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to the large balcony, which has outdoor furniture for 6 people. The balcony is large with beautiful and extensive views across the valley and over to the Mediterranean Sea.
The separate kitchen has all the appliances you would expect in your holiday home, with oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, breakfast table and chairs, kettle, toaster etc.
The apartments are privately owned, and furnished to each owners individual taste. They are all furnished to a high standard, fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday including TV. These are a random selection of the apartments available.
The 3 bedrooms are configured as twin rooms, making it not only ideal for your family holiday but also for a golfing holiday party of 6.
In the Low Season (Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., March. the 3 bedroom apartment can be accommodated by 2 people at the cost of £220 per week and 3 or 4 people at the price of £275 and 5 or 6 people at £330 per week. No discount given for under occupation in the mid or high season.
A £200.00 (300.00 Euro) deposit is required on arrival against damage and breakages. This is fully refundable on inspection of apartment on departure.
Towels and bedding are supplied, but must not be taken out of the apartments.
Apartments may not be ready for occupation before 4 p.m.
Unless by prior agreement the apartments must be vacated by 10.30 am.
Community rules: These are available in each apartment and we appreciate your assistance in adhering to them.

The complex of Edificio Coral, is enclosed for your safety and security. There is underground, secure parking, with lift access to the apartment. In the beautiful, enclosed, tropical gardens you will find the swimming pool. The apartment is a short walk to shops, restaurants, entertainments and the Aztec Sports Centre.
The local beach is around 15 minutes walk away.
